Этот модуль (jpeg-6b) позволяет создавать jpeg изображения,
но теперь другая проблема, я подключил как вы говорили
php.ini, убрал кавычки, модуль загружается
но все равно выдает:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imagecreate() in c:\\http\\img.php on line 6
