Our client, an international energy company, is currently looking for Web Master&Consultant.

We recruit for the world-class project which is devoted to commercially development, operation and marketing the hydrocarbon and petroleum resources at the Far East.

The first interview with candidates takes place in Saint-Petersburg; the second one – in Moscow/at the Far East (transfer is paid by company). Necessarily moving on Far East with family.

Requirements:
•   Higher Technical education in Computing or Information/Knowledge Management or equivalent
•   Necessarily  pedagogical experience in sphere IT
•   3+ years of experience with Web development, Website maintenance and support,with the following Web technologies: HTML, JavaScript, ASP/ASP.NET, FLASH
•   Good working knowledge of Microsoft FrontPage, Adobe Photoshop
•   Can work independently with minimal supervision.
•   Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization and with external parties.
•   Good analytical skills.
•   Proven ability to meet set deadlines.
•   Good English language skills.

Responsibilities:
•   Administer and coordinate intranet environment, including access control, content management and conformance to standards.
•   Control, support and maintain  dynamic web environment.
•   Assist  departments in organisation of effective intranet communication.
•   Provide consultancy for dynamic web and business communications environments.
•   Provide consultancy for general Web and Web publishing issues.
•   Coordinate the group of  Web Focal Points and provide training and assistance.
•   Develop standards, documentation and training courses for  intranet.

Research, recommend, and implement new approaches to information organisation and publishing on the company’s Intranet.

Salary and compensation package
- Competitive Salary ($2300)
- 2 months salaries (including northern rate and uplift) as start-up bonus;
- 44 calendar days as annual vacation
- 7 calendar days for settlement to the Far East
- Medical insurance for company employee and his family
- Company will provide an apartment, which is in good condition and furnished in accordance with company policy.
