vBulletin 3 development is continuing well, and we are
starting to drop a few hints about details and new
features to watch out for:

~ Content Management System
~ Improved Search Engine technology
~ Extended Calendar features
~ Categories for smilies, icons and avatars
~ Global ignore list for those happy-spammers
~ And much, much more...

Watch out on the community forums over the next few months
as we start to provide demos. If you are lucky, you may be
able to help us out with beta testing the new version.

Content Management System - вот это неплохо :)

Еще надеюсь, что весь перевод будет осуществляться только через Templates, чтоб не было проблем с апгрейдами, но не уверен...

3.0 появится не раньше лета, потом пару месяцев будут приводить к стабильному виду, так что не будем обольщаться раньше времени ;)
