NAS переписал я этот скрипт в не цги-бин папку своего сайта news админ мне прописал database news_ng сделал исправления в сетап.сх и комон.инк.пхп запускаю сетуп.сх а глюканет дестроер материться мол 403 ставил любые права все 403 и 403
Пытался запустить /admin/index.php а оно выдает вот чё:

То, что тебе скрипт выдает говорит о том, что он не смог подключится к БД или не нашел там нужные ему данные или таблицы.

а вообще запускать РНР из CGI это полный изврат (ИМХО).

Да знаю я что такое 403.От этого мне легче не стало.
И не запускал я пхп из цги-бин она у меня в public_html лежит.
А вообще я уже разобрался.Всем спасибо!!!
Совет всем устанавливающим пхпвеблог на локальной машине скачайте easyphp ссылка есть на phpweblog.org и все буде ок!
