Что -то не запустить..

Вроде бы не ошибся  нигде с путями, а вот такое пишет

Found: /pub/home/dart/htdocs !
NOT Found: http://directorart.ru/cgi-bin/sanitarium/admin/data!
Creating http://directorart.ru/cgi-bin/sanitarium/admin/data ...Content-type: text/html
Software error:
Can not creating http://directorart.ru/cgi-bin/sanitarium/admin/data, reason No such file or directory
 at setup.cgi line 36.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (borovik@directorart.ru), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

вы вместо ПУТИ написали URL, проверьте переменные $dir и $data
